You have full control over your data at ThaiVisaFlow. From this page, you can delete your account, manage your documents, export your data, and learn about how long we retain your information.
Delete Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data including profiles, visa records, documents, expenses, and appointments. This action is irreversible.
Go to SettingsDelete Documents
Remove individual documents from your document vault. Documents are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.

Download all your account data in a portable format.
Coming SoonData Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Here's how long we keep different types of data:
- Account data (profile, visa records, documents, expenses) — kept until you delete your account
- Uploaded documents — kept until you delete them individually or delete your account
- Subscription records — billing references retained as required for financial record-keeping
- After account deletion — all personal data is permanently removed from our systems
We do not retain personal data after account deletion except where required by law for financial record-keeping. Stripe transaction records are managed by Stripe according to their own policies.
