Private by Default

Your visa information, documents, and personal data are private to your account. No other user can access your data. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

Account Security

Your account is protected by secure authentication. We use encrypted session tokens to verify your identity without storing passwords in plain text. You can review your account information at any time from the Settings page, and you can permanently delete your account whenever you choose.

Password Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at support@thaivisaflow.com. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication offered by your identity provider.

HTTPS-Secured Communication

All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses HTTPS encryption (TLS). This means your information — including login credentials, visa details, and uploaded documents — is encrypted while in transit, protecting it from interception.

Document Privacy

Documents you upload (passports, visa documents, etc.) are stored securely and are only accessible to your account. We do not share, analyze, or sell your uploaded documents to any third party.

Secure Payment Processing through Stripe

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see, store, or transmit your credit card information — Stripe handles all payment data securely on their infrastructure. Data Minimization

We only collect the information required to provide our services. No unnecessary personal information is collected. You can review what data we hold and manage it from our Manage Your Data page.

Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings or from the Manage Your Data page. This action is irreversible and removes all your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you discover a security vulnerability or have concerns about the security of your data, please contact us immediately at support@thaivisaflow.com. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will respond promptly to all security reports. Please do not publicly disclose potential vulnerabilities until we have had an opportunity to address them.
