Welcome to ThaiVisaFlow. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ThaiVisaFlow provides visa tracking, deadline reminders, document management, and immigration guidance tools for expats, retirees, and travelers in Thailand. Our service helps you stay organized and avoid missed immigration deadlines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ThaiVisaFlow. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Not Legal Advice

ThaiVisaFlow is an independent tool and is not affiliated with the Thai Immigration Bureau or any government agency. Information provided through our service is for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Always verify official requirements with the relevant immigration authorities before making decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data from the service
• Share your account credentials with others

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter
• You must keep your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for complying with Thai immigration laws
• You should verify all deadlines and requirements with official sources
• You are responsible for regularly checking your reminders and notifications

6. Subscription Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. Billing cycles are monthly or yearly depending on your selected plan. Payment is processed at the start of each billing cycle. Your subscription remains active until cancelled or until it expires. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time; existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to paid features until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you cancel, your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period.

8. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, but no partial refunds are issued for unused time. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@thaivisaflow.com and we will review your case.

9. Intellectual Property

ThaiVisaFlow, including its design, content, articles, guides, and software, is owned by ThaiVisaFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. Your uploaded documents remain your property — we claim no ownership over your personal files.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We only store the information required to provide our services and never sell your personal information. You can manage your data from our Manage Your Data page.

11. Limitation of Liability

ThaiVisaFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed deadlines, incorrect information entered by the user, or inability to use the service. You are ultimately responsible for complying with immigration requirements and verifying all deadlines with official sources.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions. Critical features like deadline reminders may be delayed during outages — always verify deadlines independently.

13. Account Termination

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
